Your responsibilities include:

• To develop and deploy customized VMware solutions
• To define multiple virtual servers on a single host machine
• To virtualize Windows servers and connecting them to networks and clouds
• To install operating systems and service packs, as well as security patches and bug fixes
• To troubleshoot and resolve VMware environment issues
• To provide technical support and document VMware processes
• To perform all administrative activities in Veeam Backup & Replication
• To perform enable and disable Veeam Agent backup jobs
• To View Veeam Agent backup job statistics
• To install and Configure Linux Systems
• To perform System Maintenance
• To monitor System Performance
• To design and maintain all system tools
• To provide Technical Support and Guidance
• To maintain System Security
• Selecting the right cloud services to design and deploy an application based on given requirements
• Migrating multi-tier applications on cloud platforms
• Monitoring the performance of cloud computing systems in real-time to ensure efficient and reliable performance
• Designing and implementing disaster recovery solutions for data centers in order to reduce risks
• Creating detailed documentation of all technical aspects of a cloud computing system such as configuration settings and troubleshooting procedures
• Maintaining the security of an organization's systems by monitoring activity logs and detecting signs of intrusions or malware infections
• Performing capacity planning to determine whether resources will have enough space to handle growth in demand
• Monitoring the health of applications by analyzing system logs for errors and performance problems
• Building and making images of servers, maintain Asterisk/Linux images and distributions

You would best fit this role, if you:

• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field from an accredited university is required
• At Least 2-4 years’ experience in national / multinational organization in domains (but not limited to): Linux operation system, Unix operating system, Virtualization Platform Hyper-V, VMware Veeam, etc
• Having Linux / Unix and VMware Certification would be a plus
• Basic knowledge of Asterisk management and administration would be a plus but not mandatory
• Technical knowledge of VMware, Linux & any backup software (having knowledge of VoIP & Asterisk would be a plus)
